The project consist of a two storey 42,000sf Reporting Station and a one storey 2,700sf Active Response Bay situated on a land parcel approximately 3.3 acres. The facility also includes soft and hard landscaping, and paved areas to accommodate 97 parking spaces.<\/p>\n

The Reporting Station includes a vehicle bay complete with a wash bay and sufficient space to accommodate 15 ambulances. Administrative spaces include offices, administrative areas, kitchen, Vehicle Emergency Packing Area (VEPA) wet areas, decontamination rooms, A\/V and IT rooms, meeting and briefing rooms, VEPA storage & workrooms, training rooms, locker rooms and facility storage areas.<\/p>\n
