The renovation aimed to modernize and enhance the functionality of these key academic support spaces within an active, operational educational facility.<\/p>\n

The scope of work included the demolition of existing architectural, mechanical, and electrical elements, as well as the safe removal of hazardous materials. New construction involved updated floor finishes, reconfigured partitions and ceilings, and the supply and installation of both new and reused casework to meet programmatic needs. Mechanical, electrical, and IT upgrades formed a significant part of the renovation, with the introduction of new HVAC systems, plumbing modifications, and the installation of modern lighting, power, and data infrastructure to support current and future technology requirements.<\/p>\n
